What we collect
Account details (name, email, language), purchase history, itineraries you save or view, and basic device information used to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To deliver purchased itineraries, personalise recommendations, pay creators, prevent fraud and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies plus optional analytics, personalisation and marketing cookies. You can change these at any time in Manage Cookie Settings.
Sharing
Limited data is shared with payment processors and hosting providers acting on our instructions. Creators only see aggregated statistics, never your contact details.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@rutafy.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
