1. The service
Rutafy is a marketplace connecting travellers with itineraries published by independent travel creators. Rutafy does not operate tours, transport or accommodation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Creator accounts require verification before publishing.
3. Purchases and refunds
Itineraries are digital products delivered instantly. Refunds are available within 14 days where the itinerary is materially inaccurate or inaccessible.
4. Creator content
Creators retain ownership of their itineraries and grant Rutafy a licence to display and distribute them. Content must be original and reviewed before publication.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell, republish or scrape itinerary content, or use the platform for unlawful or unsafe activity.
6. Liability
Travel involves risk. Itineraries are guidance, not professional advice; you remain responsible for your safety, insurance and local compliance.
